Mahakumbh is the Supreme Pilgrimage, a religious occasion, and a revered custom. People from all walks of life join together for one of the largest religious gatherings. According to the Matsya Purana, people who bathe in the holy water at the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati river are released from the cycle of reincarnation.
Jai Mahakumbh Cottage has got 40 rooms altogether. They have been named on the Sacred River Viz Ganga, Yamuna, Saraswati and Triveni and 10 rooms fall in each category respectively.

Children below 10 will not be charged in case they share the bed of their parents.
